California non-profits file legal challenge against LCFS amendments

Environmental and public interest non-profits filed a legal petition last week challenging recent amendments to California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS), alleging the changes exceed California regulator ARB's legal authority and fail to comply with key statutory requirements.
