Brazil urges 80% of countries to submit NDCs by September, outlines COP30 agenda process

The boss of this year's UN climate talks has urged the remaining 80% of countries that have yet to submit a 2035 climate plan to do so by September, in the sixth public letter to stakeholders published on Tuesday.
