Euro Markets: Carbon weakens along with energy as market struggles to interpret Ukraine peace talks

EU carbon allowance prices swung higher before giving away their gains and ending near the low of the day, as the market tried to analyse the outcome of Monday's meetings between the leaders of the US, Ukraine, and key EU countries.
