Wisconsin youth sue state over energy laws

A group of 15 youths filed a lawsuit against the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSC), its commissioners, and the Wisconsin State Legislature, claiming that state laws restricting renewable energy requirements and shielding fossil fuel plants from review on air pollution grounds violate their constitutional rights.
