Bulgaria faces legal complaint over coal plant pollution failures

Bulgaria-based green groups on Tuesday announced they have filed a complaint with the European Commission accusing Sofia of repeatedly failing to enforce EU environmental laws at four coal plants linked to energy mogul Hristo Kovachki.
