Brazilian REDD project secures first validation under Verra’s CCP-approved VM0048 methodology

An indigenous-led REDD project is claiming it will become the first to issue credits under Verra’ new VM0048 methodology, which has been awarded Core Carbon Principle (CCP) status by the Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Market (ICVCM).
