CL CARBON FORUM: Dominican Republic aiming to launch ETS pilot in 2027 -official

The Dominican Republic (DR) plans to launch its emissions trading system (ETS) as an early-stage pilot sometime in 2027, according to an official speaking at the Chile Carbon Forum in Santiago on Wednesday.
