Groups urge stronger rights safeguards in new draft jurisdictional REDD+ carbon standard

Thirty Indigenous and community organisations, joined by rights-based groups, have last week called on global voluntary programme ART to tighten social and governance safeguards in its draft TREES 3.0 jurisdictional REDD+ (J-REDD+) standard.
