Petrobras gets license to drill for oil in the Amazon River basin, NGOs go to court

Brazilian state-owned oil company Petrobras received Monday government approval for a licence to drill a block in the mouth of the Amazon River basin and search for oil and gas, a move quickly condemned by environmental groups.
