Thailand commits to 47% emissions reduction in third NDC, Article 6 deemed crucial

Thailand has submitted its third Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC), pledging to cut emissions by 47% by 2035, while describing Article 6 of the Paris Agreement as a crucial tool for channelling the estimated $7 billion it needs to achieve it.
