BRIEFING: As cries for SCOTUS intervention grow, Boulder asks high court to keep out of climate case

Attorneys representing a Colorado community are asking the US Supreme Court (SCOTUS) to reject a petition from two major oil and gas companies that asks the high court to consider a climate case the two sides have been litigating for years.
