COP30: Brazil to open public consultation on CCS law, paving way for early regulation

Brazil President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva is expected to sign a decree Monday that will open public consultation on the country’s carbon capture and storage (CCS) law, key architects of the process said on the sidelines of COP30.
