COP30: Negotiations head into the night as Brazil aims to finalise Belem Package on Wednesday

The Brazilian COP30 presidency shifted into "task force mode" on Monday, extending negotiating hours to make headway on a proposed Belem Package that it hopes to gavel through by Wednesday.
