COP30: FEATURE – Road to Belem for US elected officials depended on collaboration with NGOs, Ukraine

US legislators hoping to attend COP30  in Belem did not receive support from the State Department, having instead to make alternative plans for credentials to the Blue Zone through participating non-profits, international organisations, and through overflow from the Ukraine delegation.
