SCOTUS primed to decide on reviewing Boulder climate case after latest filing

Energy companies being sued for climate damages by two local Colorado governments submitted their final plea Tuesday asking the US Supreme Court (SCOTUS) to take up a case that could set a nationwide precedent for climate liability cases against oil and gas producers.
