Biodiversity credit market will not expand shortly in Sub-Saharan Africa, UN-backed guidelines say

The lack of integration of communal and public land tenure in the emerging biodiversity market in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), where these types of land rights dominate, will hinder credit sales in the short-term, according to a document released on Wednesday and co-authored by two UN bodies.
