Climate groups urge Carney to boost industrial carbon price before Alberta MoU deadline

Eight environment and climate NGOs have urged Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney to strengthen the country's industrial carbon pricing framework before the federal government's Apr. 1 deadline to finalise a federal-provincial memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Alberta.
