RGAs skyrocket to “completely unprecedented” levels as recent surge roars back Thursday morning

RGGI Allowance (RGA) futures skyrocketed more than 15% higher Thursday morning from the previous day's close, reaching fresh all-time highs around $47 after the programme late on Wednesday confirmed Virginia's plans for re-entering the market this summer.
