CFTC: Producers continue to add, speculators drop RGAs

Producers continued to pick up and managed money continued to drop RGGI Allowance (RGA) net holdings while both groups trimmed their length in California Carbon Allowances (CCAs), the latest US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) data showed.
