RGGI Allowance (RGA) futures plunged 20% last week as the market reversed course from peaks above $50 and plummeted late in the period after market administrator RGGI Inc. issued a statement asserting the programme's commitment to affordability, before prices bounced back up Monday closer to the $40 level.
