RGGI Market: RGAs retreat following May contract expiration, ahead of Q2 auction

RGGI Allowance (RGA) futures retreated to the lower half of the $40s over recent days, ahead of Wednesday's Q2 auction, after a surge higher amid the expiration of the May-26 contract, traders said.
