European steel association calls for more free carbon allowances, greater ETS revenue share

The European steel trade body Eurofer wants to see a "significantly slower" phaseout of free carbon allowances from the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS), it said on the eve of the European Commission's long-awaited reform proposals.
