California opens revised corporate climate disclosure rules for public comment

California regulator ARB on Monday opened proposed revisions to the state’s corporate climate disclosure rules for public comment through Aug. 11, including a three-month delay to the first emissions reporting deadline and additional flexibility for companies during the initial reporting year.
