Group of California Assembly Dems call for considering curtailing MDI implementation

Fifteen California Assembly Democrats have called on the body to consider curtailing implementation of the Manufacturing Decarbonization Incentive (MDI) in approved but under-review updates to the state's Cap-and-Invest Program.
