Brazil’s development fund could mobilise environmental capital -report

Brazil’s National Regional Development Fund (FNDR), a federal fund expected to provide R$700 billion ($135 bln) for social inequality, could be used to mobilise private capital for climate, biodiversity, and social infrastructure, a study by WWF Brazil has said.
