Costa Rica, Japan revise JCM rules for Article 6 crediting

Costa Rica and Japan have revised the rules governing their Joint Crediting Mechanism (JCM), setting out how credits may be authorised as internationally transferred mitigation outcomes and subjected to corresponding adjustments under Article 6.2 of the Paris Agreement.
