Madagascar, Togo look to Article 6 markets to help finance emission cuts by 2035

Madagascar and Togo are both looking to the Paris Agreement's Article 6 carbon markets to help finance their emission reduction targets for 2035, although Madagascar's preparation is more advanced, according to new UNFCCC submissions.
