WCAs plunge as Q3 auction clears at two-year low under $40

Washington Carbon Allowance (WCA) futures plunged more than $8 on Wednesday following the publication of Q3 auction results that showed a clear at a two-year low under the $40 mark, well below secondary market prices ahead of the sale.
