CFTC: Producers reverse net short in CCA futures, extend in RGAs

Emitters added to their California Carbon Allowance (CCA) net lengths in a divergent move from market speculators, but the former group also extended an RGGI Allowance (RGA) net short to its widest position since April, according to data from the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
