Mass. GWSA current, advance auctions clear at same price after reshuffling of vintage offerings

The September auction for current and advance allowances under Massachusetts's Global Warming Solutions Act (GWSA) carbon market cleared at the same settlement price, with some reshuffling of offered allowances between the vintages to meet demand, a recently published notice showed.
