US judge rules Trump administration’s $7 billion solar programme cut unlawful

A federal judge in Rhode Island ruled Friday that the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) cancellation of the multi-billion-dollar Solar for All programme last year was unlawful under the Administrative Procedure Act (APA).
