Open letter to Article 6 body requests rights-based amendments in upcoming review of Sustainable Development tool

More than 100 organisations and individuals have written to the Article 6.4 Supervisory Body (SBM) to ask that both legal and customary or informal rights be embedded into its review of its Sustainable Development tool, which would include the removal of a clause that they said undermines affected communities’ rights and market confidence.
