Euro Markets: Carbon little changed as strong auction helps bulls hold above technical supports

European carbon prices ended Monday just 1 cent lower, after a strong auction appeared to rescue the short-term sentiment and hold the market above a key technical support, while energy markets also ended the day modestly firmer.
