The Office of Global Change (EGC), within the State Department’s Bureau of Oceans, Environment and Science (OES), oversees the design and implementation of the U.S. Government’s Global Climate Change Initiative (GCCI). OES/EGC requires a GCCI Project Manager for Outcomes, Evaluation and Communications capable of leading outcome, evaluation and communication activities for the GCCI portfolio.
