Washington lowers Q1 cap-and-invest auction volumes, updates 2024 schedule

Washington's Department of Ecology (ECY) released Friday an updated Q1 auction notice offering fewer allowances than previously announced, while also revealing the full number of current and future vintage permits available at quarterly auctions for the rest of 2024.
