US DOE releases new guidelines on environmental reviews after SCOTUS ruling

One month after the US Supreme Court (SCOTUS) rescinded environmental review mandates, the DOE announced Monday that it had officially rolled back its environmental review rules and replaced them with a new set of guidelines.
