CFTC: Producers narrow V25 CCA net short, while managed money expand length

Emitters and financial players both added length on a net basis in V25 California Carbon Allowances (CCAs) amidst extension talks in the state's legislature, while producers' holdings in V25 RGGI Allowances (RGAs) plunged by half ahead of the Q3 auction, the latest figures from the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission showed.
