Euro Markets: EUAs drop to re-test technical level before rallying to settle above amid energy recovery

European carbon prices dropped back late on Tuesday morning to re-test Monday's breach of a key technical level, having hitherto traded in a narrow channel, before whittling away most of those losses in a steady recovery to settle just above a key technical level, as energy markets also largely cancelled out a weak morning session amid bullish headlines.
