Small, poor countries “disheartened” by EU’s NDC plans and its political impact

The world's poorest and most vulnerable countries are disappointed by the EU's indicative emissions reduction goal for 2035, and the weakening effect it has already had on other countries' targets, including Australia, according a lead climate negotiator.
