WOODMAC CCUS 2025: CCUS “not the core driver” of Chevron’s gas generation deployment for data centres

CCUS additions may not be a part of Chevron’s new plan to deploy natural gas-fired power plants to power data centres across the US Southeast, Midwest, and West regions, a company executive said Thursday.
