UN meeting lays groundwork for first assessment of global progress on biodiversity

Delegates to the UN's Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) agreed last Friday on a blueprint for the first report aimed at tracking progress towards the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF).
