COP30: Brazilian multi-state biodiversity credit scheme targets first issuance for 2026

The nine states of Brazil’s Legal Amazon plan to finalise pricing assessments and issue a first batch of biodiversity credits from pilot conservation areas next year, they announced on Wednesday.
