COP30: European govts back carbon pricing in possible fossil fuel transition roadmap

Multiple European countries have called for carbon pricing signals to be included in a potential roadmap to transition the world away from fossil fuels, being pushed by Brazil at the ongoing UN climate summit in Belem, as sources also warned of pressure to weaken language in a cover decision text the presidency is said to be preparing.
