Quebec-based WCI compliance entity suspends emissions reduction investments

An industrial facility in Quebec covered under province's California-linked ETS has suspended planned investments in emissions reductions totalling C$300 million ($220 mln), citing insufficient regulatory certainty and company concerns around the ability to continue operations in the future.
