Verra issues record 3 mln soil carbon credits from Mexican grassland project

Some 3 million carbon credits have been issued from a northern Mexico grassland restoration project after achieving verification under Verra’s Improved Land Management (VM0042) methodology, according to an announcement Wednesday.
