CFTC: Financial players reduce net CCA, RGA length

Managed money reduced net length in the California Carbon Allowance (CCA) and RGGI Allowance (RGA) markets over the Mar 4-10 period, according to US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) data published Friday.
