24 Democrat-led states sue US EPA over repeal of endangerment finding

A coalition of 40 US states, cities, and territories have asked a federal appeals court to overturn the Trump administration’s repeal of the 2009 endangerment finding, calling the move an unlawful attempt to roll back federal limits on CO2 emissions.
