EU Commission greenlights Malta’s €60 mln plan to shield citizens from ETS2 impacts

The European Commission on Monday approved Malta’s Social Climate Plan, designed to soften the impact of the EU’s new carbon market for buildings and road transport, due to apply as of 2028.
