CFTC: Producers, managed money build CCA length

Emitters and financial players both added new length to their California Carbon Allowance (CCA) holdings, although the two groups diverged on their RGGI Allowance (RGA) net shorts, according to data released on Friday by the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
