CFTC: Producers enter net short in California carbon, speculators add ACPs

Producers entered a net short position in overall California Carbon Allowance (CCA) holdings primarily through cuts in V26 exposure, while speculators picked up long Auction Clearing Price (ACP) positions, the latest US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) data showed.
